Bun & Blanket started in a Glendale parking lot with one commercial griddle and a stack of brioche buns. Three years later we're still in that same lot, every night, smashing patties and handing them out the window.
We park at Paperback Brewing seven days a week. They pour the beer. We do the burgers. The combo got us on LA's "Best Burgers" list — but the real validation is the line outside on a Wednesday.
